IRIS: Your Escape, Hong Kong’s largest health and wellness festival presented by ManulifeMOVE, will take place for the seventh edition running on 22-23 September 2018 at Central Harbourfront. Over 80 diverse yoga and fitness classes, as well as uplifting music, live performances, fun-filled workshops, activities and talks, will be held to unlock an immersive experience of conscious living.

This edition of IRIS is celebrating all things wellness. There’s a packed two-day schedule of yoga, meditation classes, fitness activities (dance, HIIT, boxing etc.) to try as well as more than 80 health and wellness vendors.

IRIS Mainstage

This year, we’ll see the birth of a whole new stage to the festival, the “IRIS Insider.” IRIS Insider is a platform that delves deeper into topics such as sustainability, digital detox and addiction. They have gathered thought leaders from around Hong Kong such as the Founder of EcoDrive – Sherry Fung, Swiss Beverages Sustainability and Safety Lead – William Davies, Mandarin Oriental’s Head of Group Spa Operations Andrea Lomas-Gong, Fitness and Fashion blogger – Angie Ng to share their insights throughout the weekend.

We’re also excited to see that, for the first time ever, IRIS is collaborating with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). They’ll set up their Solar Cafe and will showcase a series of exhibitions and activities via AR bringing awareness to marine protection. In addition, IRIS will continue to partner up with Urban Spring and commit to not provide water cups and plastic bottles in the hope to reduce plastic bottle consumption and make everyone a smart drinking hero.

IRIS yoga

There’s plenty to offer any fitness or wellness enthusiast. Other stages include: The Yoga MainStage, The Fit District powered by Gym Aesthetics, Silent Disco, Playground (Family zone), Zen Garden (Meditation Garden).
